SAINT BARTH GOURMET FESTIVAL 2026 !!

Created 10 years ago, we are preparing to host the new edition of the Saint Barth Gourmet Festival from November 9th to 15th, as Saint-Barthélemy will once again become a meeting point for international gastronomy. For its 13th edition, the Saint-Barth Gourmet Festival will bring together 14 guest chefs and pastry chefs, paired with resident chefs from 12 hotels and restaurants on the island. David Toutain, Jean-Philippe Blondet, Claire Heitzler, Cyril Lignac, Amaury Bouhours, and Álvaro Clavijo are among the 2026 lineup.

14 chefs will be present in 12 establishments participating this year in this new edition!!

The 2026 edition will not be limited to the tables of partner establishments. Among the announced new features is a Gastronomic Village on November 10th, designed as a more accessible event where the public can discover the chefs' creations in the form of tastings and small bites. Producers and artisans are also expected to be involved.

The program also includes activities focused on local fishing, meetings with Saint-Barth professionals, and the return of Petites Toques, which allow the island's youth to participate in the event.
